About us

HeadFirst aims to reduce mental health hazards in the workplace before they can harm workers.

Nearly half of all workers will suffer a mental health condition during their working lives.
But employers deal with mental health hazards in a reactive, rather than a proactive way.
We don’t wait until a worker is physically injured before we remove a physical hazard – and
mental health hazards shouldn’t be different.
